Returns
We hope you love your order, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
| Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
| Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted.
| Fragile or breakable items must be packed securely to avoid damage during return shipping.
| Sale items, seasonal decorations, or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable, unless faulty.
| Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Return Process
| Email us with your order number and reason for return.
| We’ll provide you with the return instructions and address.
| Pack your items carefully, preferably in the original box with protective materials.
| Send the return using a trackable shipping method.
| Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
